To commemorate the 40 years of the Puerto Rican Endowment for the Humanities, we will be presenting a series of festivities during the course of 2018. A television program, publications, an exhibition of artistic materials, and a grand concluding activity are some of the events we will present. Stay connected to the Endowment’s web page and our social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) for more details and the dates of each of these activities. Join us and be part of this great celebration.
The Endowment is a non-profit organization founded in 1977 by a group of Puerto Ricans distinguished in the Humanities. The Endowment is one of the State Councils of the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), an agency dedicated to research, education and public dissemination of the humanities.
Over the years, the Endowment has developed a variety of educational programs for the benefit of the community, educational institutions, public and private entities and cultural centers in Puerto Rico.
